``A clean and tidy workplace makes me happy``
Leadership gives Jody Corver great satisfaction. “I love to manage my team and bring out the best in people. Apart from the recurring daily activities, there is often an unexpected and new challenge.
It gives me a good feeling to be able to process all received products and to deliver them to customers on time.
World Bearing Trade stands for quality and innovation in all departments within the company. That makes it very nice to be part of this. ”
Football-practice
Jody has a wife and two children. “I’m a manager of a football team and I love giving them training.
I also enjoy watching my children’s sports matches. I like to spend the weekend with friends.
I try to enjoy all the good things that come my way as much as possible. I like going on holiday to Spain and Italy. ”
Honesty and sincerity
Jody gets along well with people. He finds honesty and sincerity important. His motto is: “The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do.” Although he also has a less serious one: “Life is like a frikandel. You have to make it special yourself. Hahaha, just kidding.
Completed the Mudrun
The best holiday was in America. “Together with Kirsten and my family. We enjoyed a four-week road trip by car through Florida.”
One achievement he can still look back on with pride is the Mudrun, in which he participated with his daughter. “Despite my bad knees, I managed to reach finish line.”
I would have liked to have children sooner
If he could do something again, it would be to have children sooner. “I was 29 now. I would have preferred to enjoy it longer.”
Jody wouldn’t choose a different hobby if time and money weren’t a problem. He would still enjoy being a football coach.
I quit being a football trainer two years ago to have more time with my kids and watch them during their sport matches. Now I can combine that. I really like that. ”
Clean and tidy
What he also really likes is when he finds a clean and tidy workplace when he arrives in the morning. It will only get better if “the day goes according to plan”.
